i burst out just now.i was too mad.
TOO FED UP,INFURIATED,DRAINED.
i'm worn out.my body and mind is dying on me as well as the others i guess.it's difficult for me to sleep yesterday cause i was thinking how can i improve on marching esp turning?

today,i was scolding them.i was too mad at this girl that i walked off,too mad at people who refused to practice knowing their marching sucks,too mad at mrs tan cause she doesn't care about marching and too mad at the ncc ma'am for making last minute changes.

i hate this and i know i havent been treating the guides well.syahril's right.we need to motivate them.i've realised that but everytime i want to motivate them,they give me this kind of look that they don't care.nvm,i'll encouraged them more tmr.
